The Best Bagel's served by the best people. I rotate through every bagel on their menu daily and there isn't a bad one in the lineup. The value's incredible and their online ordering system makes it effortless for me to pickup my breakfast sandwich on the way into work.

This place is legitimately fantastic. The vest Chai Latte I've ever had, consistently. And their bagels with cream cheese and tomato are my favorite I've ever had, the sundried tomato bagels in particular. And the price is right, here. I can't help but talk about how good East Side Bagel is.

Such an amazing bagel spot! My boyfriend and I stopped on our way home from a show and both of our sandwiches and coffee were amazing. I love Lox sandwiches and theirs was perfect and my boyfriends club was also good! Whatever coffee they use for their lattes is also definitely good quality and you dont need flavor syrups to have a nice latte! It was pretty packed when we went and we still got our stuff fast!:)

As an east coast bagel snob who has spent 2 years searching for a decent BEC, I can confidently say this place is the best in Metro Detroit. I drove out from Detroit in this snow storm and it didn’t disappoint. People are nice, bagels fire, and I waited an unreasonably short amount of time for pure deliciousness. Not a huge fan of scramble on an egg sandwich but it still hit. Easy fix next time… I’ll asked for my egg fried. I will be back to this little slice of heaven. It was so good I couldn’t only get a pic of what it once was …

First time at this location. We came in at a slow time & I understand what people mean about ordering. Get up to the counter, make eye contact & place your order. After that, find a way to get in line and pay. Wasn’t bad because it was slow, but they could benefit from having some order when ordering. I snagged an everything bagel with cream cheese & turkey. She walked the bagel to the toaster & put it together 5 mins later. Little slower pace than I’m used to for toasting a bagel. The bagel, tasted no different than one I would get from the grocery store. Flat, dense & lacked flavor. Freshness is key, if that was fresh then I would consider some quality control. I’m not trying to beat you up, but I wasn’t impressed.
